Privacy Policy

OneCentrate, represented by Seojun Lee as the person responsible for privacy, protects personal information handled through the OneCentrate™ website and digital experience in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

The website does not provide account registration or contact forms. Only when you allow website analytics may Google Analytics process page views, sessions, approximate location, browser and device information, and a cookie-based user identifier. We do not use advertising tracking.

If you decline analytics, the Google analytics tag is not loaded. Your choice is stored locally in the current browser and can be changed at any time through Analytics settings in the footer.

When you contact us through email, Kakao, LINE, or another external channel, the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to provide may be used to respond to your inquiry.

Cards, settings, completed Switch sessions, Ki.log records, Pulse state and exceptions, and images selected by you may be stored on your device.

When iCloud sync is enabled, supported cards and records may sync between devices through the private CloudKit database associated with the same iCloud account.

When you use OneCentrate AI, your message, recent conversation, card titles in the current area, and settings needed to prepare a draft may be sent to an OneCentrate-operated server to provide the feature.

MusicKit permissions and Apple services may be used when you choose Apple Music features.

We use information only as needed to understand website use and improve the experience, store and sync the digital experience, provide AI drafts you request, respond to inquiries and errors, improve service reliability, and meet legal obligations.

OneCentrate™ may use Apple iCloud, CloudKit and MusicKit; Google Analytics; a Cloudflare-based AI relay and the OpenAI API operated in the United States; and the Kakao, LINE or email channel you choose. Information needed for these services is transmitted over encrypted connections and may also be governed by each provider's privacy terms.

If you allow Google Analytics, Google LLC may process information about your website visit. OneCentrate does not enable advertising storage or personalized advertising, and analytics is activated only after you allow it.

AI requests may include your message and the context needed to prepare a draft. They are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. OneCentrate does not keep request content or generated output in a separate database. Under OpenAI's default API controls, prompts and responses may remain in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days.

Deletion and synchronization of information stored on a device or in iCloud may depend on your actions, iCloud settings and Apple's processing.

We keep customer-support, error and dispute correspondence for three years after resolution. General partnership and business inquiries are kept for one year after resolution. A longer legal retention period takes precedence where required.

To provide the AI trial and prevent duplicate or abusive claims, we may retain an account identifier derived from Apple transaction information together with trial start and end dates while the service is provided. We delete these records when their operational and legal purpose ends.

Where OneCentrate directly holds records subject to Korean e-commerce law, contract, cancellation, payment and supply records may be retained for five years, and consumer complaint or dispute records for three years.

You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time through Analytics settings in the website footer. You can manage notification, photo, Apple Music, and iCloud permissions in device settings. AI output is not applied automatically; you review it and decide whether to apply it.
