Terms of Service

These terms set out the basic conditions, rights, and responsibilities for the OneCentrate™ website and digital experience provided by OneCentrate.

The website provides information about the brand, digital experience, support channels, and related policies.

Features, supported devices, subscription structure, and availability may change through release and updates. Features that depend on external services or device conditions may be limited by those conditions.

You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights needed for photos and content used in app cards.

OneCentrate AI suggests drafts and possibilities. Output is not applied automatically. You review it, decide whether to apply it, and should verify important schedules and settings before application.

The terms of third-party services such as iCloud, CloudKit, MusicKit, the App Store, and external contact channels may also apply. Outages or policy changes affecting those services may limit related features.

Rights in OneCentrate™, OneCentrism, website copy, visual systems, software, and official content belong to OneCentrate or their lawful owners. They may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without prior permission.

Parts of the service may change or be temporarily interrupted for stability, security, improvement, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. You can review or cancel a subscription from your Apple account settings.

Refund requests are handled through Apple's process together with any consumer protections that apply to you. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current paid period; refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

These terms and the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.
