01
View scheduled occurrences and time

Analysis expands current active, unarchived rhythms using their current rules. For deleted rhythms, it uses schedule and exception information preserved at deletion only for the period before the rhythm was deleted. It uses these ranges to calculate scheduled occurrences and total scheduled duration.
Occurrences rested by a shared or rhythm-specific exception, along with periods when a rhythm was inactive or archived, are excluded from scheduled flow. Rhythms without time rules are not included.
02
Distinguish retention from completion
Pulse retention is the percentage of all scheduled occurrences that were not removed by a rest exception. An unchanged occurrence is retained; an occurrence excluded as rest is counted separately.
03
View the busiest weekday and top rhythms
BUSIEST PULSE shows the weekday with the greatest retained scheduled duration in the selected period. Ties are resolved by occurrence count, then weekday order.
Top Activity ranks Pulse rhythms first by retention, then by retained occurrences when retention is equal. This can differ from ranking by scheduled duration.
04
Read the weekday timetable
The Pulse activity map is not a check-record map. It is a weekly timetable showing each rhythm's start and end times by weekday. When the same rule repeats for several weeks, it appears as one weekly pattern.
To review actual exceptions such as vacation or a half day on a specific date, choose Pulse in 30-day history.
