01
Choose devices

- Create a new Switch or open the settings for an existing Switch.
- Select the Devices tab.
- Select Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Watch.
- Review the details shown for each selected device.
- Save the settings.
Under Devices, you select a device type such as Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Watch, not an individual device name. You can select a type only when a device of that type is registered in OneCentrate Settings. Open OneCentrate on the device with the same iCloud account, then refresh the device list in Settings > MY APPLE DEVICES.

Options available on each device
Mac
Open apps and webpages when a Switch starts, and keep the display from turning off while it runs.
iPhone
Use iPhone app or URL launch items and set whether to show a Live Activity. A Live Activity appears when a Switch with Live Activity enabled starts on a supported iPhone and Live Activities are allowed on the device.
iPad
Start a Switch together with iPad app or URL launch items. You can create a separate flow for note-taking or document work on iPad.
Watch
Make the Switch available in the Apple Watch app, then start, pause, or end its timer from your wrist. Each action provides a short haptic, and syncing may be delayed depending on the connection to iPhone.
03
Distinguish separate runs from handoff
Starting the same Switch card directly on iPhone, iPad, or Mac creates a separate run on each device. The timers and progress states do not merge automatically.
If a suggestion appears to continue an active Switch on another device, review it on the destination before choosing handoff. Ownership moves only when both devices run a currently supported app version and confirm the same session, mode, and execution settings. If the conditions do not match, the destination does not take over and the run continues on the original device.
After handoff, the timer and ongoing playback can continue. One-time start actions, such as opening apps and webpages or playing the start sound, do not run again on the destination.
