01
Open AI from the feature you need

OneCentrate AI does not combine every feature in one general conversation. First open the feature you need help with, then select AI on that screen.
- Switch AI: Explains modes, timers, devices, and the start flow, and creates mode drafts.
- ki.log AI: Explains recurrence, check and count targets, and alerts, and creates list drafts.
- Pulse AI: Explains days, start and end times, alerts, and rest periods, and creates rhythm or exception drafts.
AI is available in Switch, ki.log, and Pulse, but not in Analysis. You can use it on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Apple Watch does not include an AI conversation screen.
02
Distinguish questions from draft requests
Ask a usage question such as “What is the difference between a countdown and a deadline?” to receive an explanation. Clearly request a new item, such as “Create a 25-minute focus Switch,” to prepare a separate draft.
If a request does not fit the feature currently open, AI may suggest a more suitable OneCentrate feature instead of forcing a draft. For example, recording repeated completions is generally better suited to ki.log than Pulse.
03
Distinguish new cards from saved cards
If the current feature contains a card with a similar name or meaning, AI may ask whether to create a new card or change the saved one. To edit a saved card, provide its exact displayed name and the change you want.
One request can change only one saved card. If you ask to change several, AI asks you to choose one first.
04
Understand what AI does not do directly
OneCentrate AI does not start or end a Switch, or record a check in ki.log. It also does not delete, archive, or restore saved cards, reset records, or purchase or restore a subscription.
For these requests, AI directs you to the setting or management screen where you can confirm the action. New-card and edit drafts are never saved without review.
