ONECENTRATE AI USER GUIDE / CREATE DRAFTS

Create drafts for
three features

Describe the item and its essential conditions in one sentence, and AI organizes them into a card draft you can review.

You do not need to provide every setting at first, but specify conditions that change the result, such as times, days, and counts.

01

Request a Switch mode draft

Review the name, category, time, and run devices on the Draft card.

Describe the name of the activity, the timer you need, and the devices you will use. If you want a break to begin automatically after focus, include both the focus and break durations.

Example: “Create a Switch for 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break when I work on my Mac.”

A new Switch draft can include a name, description, category, timer, break, deadline, run devices, and apps to open. Review the app list in Draft. After applying it, review website addresses, music, and other detailed start options that are not shown in Draft in the mode settings.

After applying the draft, set a scheduled automatic start yourself under Triggers & Integrations. To repeat a time block on selected days, create a Pulse rhythm and connect the Switch yourself.

See Create a new Switch mode for all available editing fields.

02

Request a ki.log list draft

Describe the action to record, how often it repeats, whether to check it once or count it several times a day, and any alert times you need.

Example: “Create a ki.log list to check taking my medication once at 8:00 AM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.”

ki.log records completion or a number of completions. It cannot store physical quantities with units, such as 30 pages, 600 mL of water, or 5 km. AI does not arbitrarily turn those numbers into completion counts.

AI does not choose a particular saved Switch connection for you. After adding the ki.log list, review the mode yourself under Switch Link.

See Set recurrence and a daily target for the available recurrence and target options.

03

Request Pulse rhythm and exception drafts

Describe the days, start and end times, and alerts to prepare a Pulse rhythm draft.

For a new rhythm, provide a name, recurring days, and exact start and end times. You can provide an exact duration instead of an end time.

Example: “Every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00, Weekly Planning, with alerts on my Mac at the start and end.”

Request a vacation, half day, canceled class, or temporary rest period as an exception draft, not a rhythm. Clearly state the date or period and the rhythms to pause. If several rhythms have similar names, review every target shown in Draft.

Even when a draft shows your intent to link a Switch, it does not automatically choose a specific Switch. After adding the rhythm, select a deadline Switch yourself under Switch Link in the card settings.

See Create drafts with Pulse AI for the detailed Pulse AI flow.

04

Request several drafts at once

If you describe several items for the same feature at once, AI can prepare a separate draft card for each one. Put each item on its own line and distinguish its name and conditions to make the results easier to review.

Do not assume AI fills every setting that is absent from Draft. Review each card's days, times, counts, devices, and alerts before applying it.
