Change between feature activity maps

- Switch: Groups session start times by weekday and three-hour period, with intensity based on cumulative duration.
- ki.log: Groups positive check-event times and added counts in the same way.
- Pulse: Shows start and end times by weekday that were valid in the selected period, using current active rhythms and history preserved before deletion.
A map cell uses the color of the category with the greatest share in that cell.

Select a date in the 30-day calendar
30-day history uses relative intensity to show the latest 30 days, including today. Select a date to update the list below with its records.
Color and intensity are supporting indicators of the number of records listed for the day. Do not compare intensity across different features as performance.
03
Read Switch and ki.log history
Choose Switch to see the start time, duration, category, and completion, manual-ending, or transition status. A manually ended session can remain in Switch run history, but automatic recording in a connected ki.log list is added only when the timer completes or the Switch successfully transitions to the next mode.
Choose ki.log to see events created by checks, count adjustments, Switch connections, or recent-date editing. Past events for a deleted list can continue to show the preserved name and category. Only older data whose list information is unavailable can appear as a deleted list.
04
Read Pulse rest-day history
Pulse 30-day history does not list every scheduled rhythm. It shows global exceptions and rhythm-specific rest or exceptions applied on the selected date.
Review the usual recurring schedule in the Pulse timetable and changes such as vacation, half days, and rested occurrences in 30-day history. Current rhythms are recalculated from their current saved rules and exceptions, so later edits can change past displays. Deleted rhythms use schedule and exception information preserved at deletion to keep history for the period before deletion.
