Move between two views

Your State
The first view combines category flows from Switch, ki.log, and Pulse for the selected period in one visualization. To see how each data source contributes, open FLOW SOURCES in the second State Map.
State Map
Select the second page indicator at the top to open State Map, which continues through State Overview, Next Signals, activity maps, Top Activity, Category Detail, and 30-day history.
02
Understand information from the three features
- Switch: Uses the duration, mode, and category of Switch sessions that ended and were recorded during the selected period.
- ki.log: Uses dates when each list was due under its recurrence, dates when the daily target was reached, and check events.
- Pulse: Calculates scheduled flow from the time rules and exceptions of currently active, unarchived rhythms and preserved history from deleted rhythms, using the period when each rhythm was valid.
The three features represent different kinds of data. Switch and ki.log are centered on usage records, while Pulse represents planned flow based on recurring schedules and rest days.
03
Do not interpret it as a productivity score
Your State percentages are not performance or goal-completion scores. Each feature with data first calculates its own category proportions, then the Switch, ki.log, and Pulse flows are combined with equal source weight.
As a result, the category with the longest duration, the most checks, and the most scheduled time can all influence the view. Use the values as clues for observing the direction of your life.
04
Understand what Analysis does not change
Analysis reads and organizes records. It does not directly edit Switch session history, ki.log checks, or Pulse exceptions.
If something differs from what you expected, return to the source feature and review the record, schedule, active state, and archive state before opening Analysis again.
