01
Choose today, a weekly range, or a monthly range

- Today: Uses today from midnight to the current time.
- This Week: Uses the current calendar week from its start through now.
- Last 7 Days: Uses the seven most recent days, including today.
- This Month: Uses the current month from the first day through now.
- Last 30 Days: Uses the 30 most recent days, including today.
This Week and This Month begin at calendar boundaries. Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days count backward from today.
02
Understand previous-period comparisons
When Switch Category Detail shows a comparison, it uses the immediately preceding period of the same length as the current range. For example, if the current week is only three days old, it compares those three days with the immediately preceding three days, not the entire previous week.
The comparison shows whether session duration increased or decreased. It does not determine the cause or judge performance.
03
Move between Your State and State Map
Select either page indicator at the top or swipe horizontally to move between Your State and State Map. On Mac, you can also use the previous and next arrows at the side.
The global period control appears only in Your State, but the selected period continues to apply to related State Map panels. If the Your State visualization is expanded, reduce it before moving to the other view.
04
Choose a separate 7-day or 30-day ki.log range
The ki.log achievement panel has its own Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days control, separate from the global today, weekly, and monthly selection.
Achievement is the percentage of dates when the daily target was reached among the dates when the list was due. A list with several records in a day counts as complete only when its records reach the configured target.
05
View 30-day history as a fixed range
The 30-day history calendar at the bottom of State Map always shows the latest 30 days, including today, regardless of the global period selection.
It is normal for the calendar range to remain unchanged when you change the global period. Select a date in the calendar to view its Switch, ki.log, or Pulse history.
