KI.LOG USER GUIDE / CREATE LIST

Create a
ki.log list

Create a ki.log list for a small action you want to record repeatedly.

01

Start a new list

Entering a title and category for a new ki.log card on Mac
Choose a title and category, then review how the card will appear.
  1. Open ki.log in OneCentrate.
  2. Select the ADD NEW LIST card at the end of the list.
  3. Enter a title in Basic Settings.
  4. Add a description and choose a category if needed.
  5. Review the card preview, then select Add.

The title cannot be empty. It also cannot match another saved ki.log list, including an active or archived list. Use a name that distinguishes each list.

02

Choose what appears on the card

A description is optional. The card’s secondary line can use either of these options:

  • Settings: Summarizes key settings such as the recurrence, notification time, and daily target.
  • Note: Shows the description you entered. If the description is empty, the settings summary appears instead.

Choosing a category also sets the card’s accent color and classification.

03

Choose a card background

Under Background, choose a photo or included artwork, or use a color for the card. When you use an image background, you can adjust its composition for the card.

You can still check the list and keep records without choosing a background.

04

Continue with the remaining settings

After creating the list, you can reopen the list card’s settings to change the recurrence, daily target, notifications, Switch link, and notification devices.

Before you finish editing, review the card preview and title once more. Saved information appears in MAIN on Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and in widget data.
