01
Check your current access status

- Open Settings from the sidebar on Mac or from the top of MAIN on iPhone or iPad.
- Select Access.
- Check whether your current status is TRIAL, FREE, or PLUS.
- If you’re using Trial, check the remaining time. If you’re using OneCentrate+, check the active subscription and management options.
Product prices can vary by country and App Store account. Use the current price and billing period shown in the app instead of a fixed number in this guide.
02
Use the 14-day Trial
- Cards: Create and use as many Switch, Pulse, and ki.log cards as you need.
- OneCentrate AI: Ask questions and create drafts for Switch, ki.log, and Pulse.
- Curated music: Use every genre provided by OneCentrate.
The Trial gives you 14 days to explore all features. The Trial itself does not start a paid subscription or automatic billing. If you want paid access, choose a monthly or annual OneCentrate+ product directly in the app.
03
Continue with Free
- Active cards: Use up to 2 cards each in Switch, Pulse, and ki.log.
- OneCentrate AI: AI is not available with Free.
- Curated music: Use 1 standard genre.
The 2-card limit means 2 cards per feature, not a combined limit across all three features. If you created more cards during Trial or with OneCentrate+, cards beyond the Free limit may be locked, but your cards and records are not immediately deleted.
04
Use OneCentrate+
- Unlimited cards: Keep as many active Switch, Pulse, and ki.log cards as you need.
- OneCentrate AI: Ask questions, create new drafts, and create drafts that revise existing cards.
- All curated music: Use every genre provided by OneCentrate.
OneCentrate+ is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Review the billing period and price before you choose. For detailed steps, see Purchase, restore, and manage a subscription.
For AI network requirements and information that may be sent, see Understand AI access and privacy. For requirements by music source, see Use music and sounds.
05
Check what happens after your plan changes
When Trial or OneCentrate+ ends, cards beyond the Free limit are not deleted immediately, but they may be locked. After activating OneCentrate+ again, check the access status and whether each card actually opens in the app. This does not guarantee a particular long-term retention period or automatic recovery for locked cards.
If your subscription status is not what you expect, confirm that you’re using the same App Store Apple ID and try restoring purchases. Restore Purchases checks your access again; it does not restore card or record data.
