01
Start OneCentrate+
- In OneCentrate, open Settings > ACCESS.
- Review the billing period and App Store price for the monthly or annual product.
- Choose the product you want, then select Start OneCentrate+.
- Review the payment information shown by Apple, then complete system authentication.
Your subscription may renew automatically until you cancel it. Before confirming your purchase, check the product, price, and renewal period one last time on Apple’s purchase screen.
02
Understand purchase status
- Purchase complete: OneCentrate+ access appears after the App Store transaction is verified.
- Approval pending: Access may appear automatically after family approval or payment verification is complete.
- Purchase canceled: No payment is made, and your existing access status remains unchanged.
- Verification failed: Check your network and App Store account, then try again or use Restore Purchases.
If the display takes time to change after a purchase, keep the Access screen open briefly while the status check finishes instead of closing the app.
03
Restore an existing subscription

- Confirm that you’re signed in with the same App Store Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
- Open Settings > ACCESS, then select Restore Purchases.
- If an Apple ID authentication window appears, follow the instructions to authenticate.
- When restoration finishes, check that PLUS appears and previously locked features are available again.
Restoring purchases does not create a new payment. If there is no active subscription, you may see a message that no OneCentrate+ subscription could be restored.
If your access still does not appear after restoration, see If your subscription or access does not appear to check your App Store account and purchase status.
04
Check or cancel your subscription
Select Manage Subscription on the OneCentrate+ screen to open subscriptions for your Apple account, where you can check the current product, next renewal date, and cancellation status.
If you cancel, access usually continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If you need a refund, use Apple’s refund process instead of deleting data in OneCentrate. Check the Terms of Service and Apple’s current guidance for applicable conditions.
05
Distinguish purchase restoration from data restoration
Restore Purchases checks only your App Store access. It does not return Switch modes, ki.log lists, Pulse rhythms and records, photos, or app settings to an earlier state.
If data does not appear on a new device, check that you’re using the same iCloud account, that sync is allowed on the current device, and that iCloud is available instead of repeatedly restoring purchases. For more information, see Understand iCloud and data storage.
