ONECENTRATE AI USER GUIDE / ACCESS AND PRIVACY

AI access
and privacy

OneCentrate AI is available with a Trial or OneCentrate+ while connected to the internet.

Text you enter and part of the conversation context may be sent to OneCentrate's AI service to generate responses and drafts. Avoid entering sensitive information.

01

Use AI with a Trial or OneCentrate+

  • Trial: AI questions and drafts are available during the trial period.
  • Free: AI features are locked.
  • OneCentrate+: AI questions and drafts are available.

You do not provide a separate AI key. Review your current access in OneCentrate settings, and see About access plans for a complete comparison.

02

Check the internet connection and service

AI responses and drafts require an internet connection and OneCentrate's AI service. If the network is unavailable, a usage limit is reached, or the server does not respond, you may need to try again later.

Canceling while a request is being sent stops the waiting state and applying the result in the app. It does not guarantee that server processing stops immediately if the request has already reached the service. For a failed message, check the connection and try again.

For a new Pulse rhythm request, OneCentrate can provide a safe on-device fallback draft only for temporary network, server, or response-parsing problems. It does not create a fallback for cancellation, access or settings errors, usage limits, or a clearly invalid request. If a service draft arrives, OneCentrate does not combine it with a local fallback.

For the recommended order when errors repeat, see Check AI access and try again.

03

Understand information an AI request may include

To generate a response or draft, the service may receive the text you enter, recent conversation in the current AI window, titles of cards saved in the current feature, and settings needed for the draft. Device platform and access verification information may also be used with the request.

Do not enter passwords, financial information, health information, another person's personal information, or other sensitive content that the draft does not need. Card names you create and text you enter can become part of the request context.

AI draft requests do not currently read all your photos, Switch session history, ki.log completion history, or Analysis history to make automatic recommendations.

See Understand data and privacy for app-wide storage and sync information. For the latest legal terms, also review the website's Privacy Policy.

04

Remember the current limits

AI explains app features and prepares drafts, but it does not save, change, or delete data without your confirmation. It also does not run Switch, record in ki.log, archive cards, or manage subscriptions for you.

AI conversations are not available on Apple Watch, and AI responses are not guaranteed to be error-free or to contain the latest external information. Use the actual settings and applied result in OneCentrate as the final reference.
