ONECENTRATE AI USER GUIDE / REFINE AND EDIT

Refine drafts and
edit saved settings

After your first request, briefly describe only what should change to prepare an updated draft based on the recent conversation.

Clearly say whether you are changing existing content or creating another item, so AI does not confuse an edit with an addition.

01

Describe only what should change

You can follow the recent draft with a short request such as “Change it to 25 minutes” or “Add Monday.” Confirm that Draft is prepared again with the new condition.

To make a separate item, clearly say “Create another one separately from the existing draft.” Otherwise, AI may interpret the request as an edit to the previous draft.

Sending a follow-up makes the previous new-card draft outdated. If no new Draft appears or it continues to appear outdated, request it again with the name and all conditions in one sentence.

Conversation context is based on the recent exchange while the current AI window remains open. If you close and reopen it, a new conversation begins, so describe the necessary conditions again.

02

Edit one saved card

Provide the exact name of a card saved in the current feature and the field you want to change. AI can prepare an edit draft showing the before and after values.

  • Switch: Name, description, existing category, timer type, focus duration, and deadline.
  • ki.log: Name, description, existing category, recurrence, check or count target, and alert times.
  • Pulse: Name, existing category, days, start and end times, and start and end alerts.

A Pulse rhythm with several time rules cannot currently be edited by AI. Change it directly in the card settings.

03

Choose when saved cards are similar

If saved cards have similar meanings, such as “Read a Book” and “Reading,” AI may ask whether to change one of them or create a separate card. To change a saved card, respond with its displayed name. To create a new one, say that you want a separate new card.

This confirmation helps reduce unintended duplicate cards.

04

Edit unsupported fields in settings

Change settings outside the edit-draft scope directly in the card editor. These include photos and artwork, favorites, detailed sounds, apps and websites to open, and the specific Switch to connect. See Customize cards and your focus environment for shared photo and sound options.

You also manage deletion, archiving, restoration, and records yourself from the corresponding feature's management screen.
