ONECENTRATE AI USER GUIDE / REVIEW AND APPLY

Review and
apply a draft

An AI response saying a draft was created and saving actual data are separate steps. Review Draft and explicitly apply it.

Days, times, counts, devices, and alerts can affect your real schedule, so review them on every card.

01

View Conversation and Draft together

Even when review enables the Add button, no data changes until you select it.

On Mac and iPad, Conversation and Draft appear together. On iPhone, switch between Conversation and Draft at the top to review the same content.

Do not assume a card has been saved from the conversation alone. Review the name, category, time, recurrence, and device information shown on the Draft card.

02

Mark the draft as reviewed

When the draft matches what you want, select Draft Review Complete. The button for adding it to Switch, ki.log, or Pulse remains unavailable until you complete this review.

For an edit draft, review the before and after values and complete the review before selecting Apply changes.

03

Review a new draft when the conversation changes

If you send a new message after creating a new-card or Pulse exception draft, the displayed draft can become outdated. You cannot apply it immediately; review the newly prepared draft that reflects your latest request.

An edit draft for a saved mode, list, or rhythm is also tied to that request, conversation, and the item’s state at the time. If the target is edited or deleted after the draft is created, applying the change is blocked. Request a new edit draft based on its latest state.

Confirm that the changed condition appears on the Draft card, then mark the review as complete again.

04

Add the draft or apply the change

After review, select the action for the current feature: Add to Switch, Add to ki.log, Add to Pulse, or Apply changes. Actual data changes only at this point.

After applying it, open the card editor and review settings not fully shown in Draft, such as photos and artwork, detailed alerts, run devices, and connection options. See Change language, display, and notification settings for app-wide permissions.
