01
Add widgets to the Home Screen and Lock Screen

- Touch and hold the Home Screen on iPhone or iPad to begin editing.
- Find OneCentrate in Add Widgets.
- Choose Switch, ki.log, or Pulse and the size you want, then place it.
- When editing the Lock Screen, choose a supported circular, rectangular, or inline OneCentrate widget.
Available sizes and positions vary with the device and operating-system surface.
Circular, rectangular, and inline Lock Screen widgets focus on status. Do not treat them as the same direct controls provided by medium and larger Home Screen Switch and ki.log widgets.
02
Prepare Switch quick-launch slots

Under Switch Manage > Widget, choose the modes shown in slots 1 through 6. You can select only Switch modes that can run on the current device, and the same mode cannot appear in several slots.
- Small: Slot 1
- Medium: Slots 1 through 3
- Large and extra large: Up to slots 1 through 6
Selecting a mode in the widget brings OneCentrate to the foreground to process the start request. A queued request or the app opening does not mean the Switch started, so confirm that an active Switch appears in the app. For the currently running Switch card, you can request to end it. If another Switch is running, end that session first.
03
Record from a ki.log widget
A ki.log widget shows today's lists and completion rates within the available size. A small widget provides a summary and app link. Medium and larger widgets provide recording controls for displayed cards.
- For a once-a-day card, check today's record.
- For a multiple-completion card, add one completion.
- If a completed card becomes selectable again, reduce it by one.
Selecting a list card brings OneCentrate to the foreground and applies the queued action to the actual record. A queued indication alone does not mean recording succeeded, so confirm that the count or DONE state changes after the app opens. See Use ki.log in widgets and on Apple Watch for details.
04
View today's flow in a Pulse widget
Using active, unarchived rhythms, a Pulse widget shows the current rhythm as NOW, the next as NEXT, or DONE when today's schedule has ended.
A widget does not create Pulse or edit a schedule. Select its card or link to open Pulse or the new-rhythm screen, and change detailed settings in the app.
05
Understand Control Center and refresh timing
On supported systems, add OneCentrate Switch, ki.log, and Pulse controls to Control Center. Each control opens the corresponding feature screen. It does not start a Switch or record in ki.log directly within Control Center.
Widgets change based on the last state saved by the app and the system's widget refresh schedule. Even when OneCentrate requests a refresh after a change, the system determines when it appears. Open the app to confirm an important change.
