KI.LOG USER GUIDE / SWITCH LINK

Connect with
Switch

Connect a Switch so that finishing one flow automatically adds one record to ki.log.

01

Choose a Switch

Linking one Switch to a ki.log list in the settings on Mac
Automatically add one ki.log record when the linked Switch completes.
  1. Open the settings for the ki.log list you want to connect.
  2. Select Link.
  3. Under Switch Mode, choose one mode to connect.
  4. Review the information, then save the list.

You can connect only one Switch to a ki.log list. If you select the same Switch for another ki.log list, OneCentrate disconnects it from the previous list. Set up a one-to-one connection between a Switch and a ki.log list.

02

Know when a record is added automatically

One record is added to ki.log when the connected Switch ends in either of these ways:

  • The timer completes automatically.
  • The Switch transitions to another Switch according to its end action.

Only one record is added for a given Switch session. If the list has a daily target greater than one, completing the Switch adds 1 to its count. Nothing more is added if the list has already reached its target for that day.

Automatic recording works while the connected list is active and not archived. It is not blocked when the list is in NEXT for that day. If you only want records on specific weekdays, align the days you use the Switch with the list’s recurrence.

03

If you end the Switch yourself

If you choose End to end a Switch in progress yourself, OneCentrate does not add a ki.log completion record.

This keeps a flow you stopped partway through from being treated as completed automatically. Check the ki.log list card yourself if needed.
