01
Set notifications for a list

Under Notifications in the list settings, combine these options as needed:
- Advance Reminder: Notifies you at a specified time on the same day or up to 30 days in advance.
- Reminder: Notifies you at a specified time on the date the card is due.
- Add Notification: Adds another time when you need one. You can add up to 10 notifications to a list.
To receive notifications, allow OneCentrate notifications on the device. If permission is off, the system notification might not appear even when a time is saved on the list.
Reaching today’s target and moving a list to DONE does not automatically turn off its saved notification settings. If you no longer need notifications, remove the times in the list settings or pause notifications.
02
Choose the devices that receive notifications

Under Devices in the list settings, choose the devices that receive notifications. You can select only Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch devices registered under Settings > MY APPLE DEVICES.
OneCentrate does not schedule that list’s ki.log notifications on devices you do not select. To receive notifications on your Apple Watch, register it under MY APPLE DEVICES and select Watch for the list.
03
Review and rebuild the reservation status
A saved list’s notification screen can show scheduled count/total expected count for the current device. When every required request is ready, it shows Ready to Schedule. If requests are missing or stale requests remain, it shows Review required.
If you see Review required, choose Refresh Notifications. OneCentrate can reorganize near-future system notification requests when you reopen the app or change the list’s recurrence, notification times, notification devices, or permissions. Saving once does not permanently schedule every recurrence far into the future.
04
Pause notifications temporarily

In ki.log Management > Notifications, you can pause notifications without removing the times from individual lists.
- KI.LOG ON THIS MAC or KI.LOG ON THIS DEVICE: Pauses ki.log notifications only on the device you are using.
- KI.LOG ON ALL DEVICES: Pauses ki.log notifications on all synchronized devices.
Choose Pause for Today, Pause for One Week, or a date you select. You can choose Resume Now when you want notifications to begin again.
Pauses for this device and all devices are independent. If both scopes are set, notifications on this device remain paused until the later scope ends. To resume them immediately, review both scopes.
Pausing only this device on iPhone or iPad does not pause Watch notifications. Use the all-devices scope when you want to include Watch.
05
Verify notifications on the device
After saving notification times and devices, make sure OneCentrate notification permission is enabled on each device. Delivery and pause synchronization across devices can be affected by device connectivity and Apple system settings.
If notifications still do not arrive after you review the settings, follow the device-specific checks in If ki.log or Pulse notifications do not arrive.
