PULSE USER GUIDE / AI DRAFTS

Create drafts
with Pulse AI

Describe a recurring rhythm or an exception for an unusual day, then ask Pulse AI to prepare a draft you can review.

AI prepares a draft and does not save it to Pulse until you review and apply it.

01

Request a rhythm or exception draft

A Pulse AI conversation and a Weekly Planning rhythm draft review shown together on a Mac in English
AI does not save its proposal immediately. Review the draft before applying it.

Open Pulse AI and describe the rhythm you want in natural language. Include the recurring days, start and end times, and purpose to receive a draft that is easier to review.

For a day outside your usual routine, such as a vacation, time away, or half-day, request an exception draft. Clearly specify the date or date range and the time you want to rest.

02

Review the draft

Review the name, category, days, start and end times, alerts, and devices suggested by AI. If it suggests multiple drafts, check that their times do not overlap.

If anything is missing, continue the same conversation and ask for the change. When the draft is ready, choose Draft Review Complete, then Add to Pulse before it is added to your actual data.

For an existing rhythm with one time rule, provide the exact name shown on its card and describe the setting you want to change. Review the edit draft, then choose Apply changes. Edit rhythms with multiple time rules directly in the rhythm editor.

03

Finish detailed settings after applying the draft

Even when an AI draft includes your intent to connect Switch, it does not automatically choose a specific Switch. After applying the rhythm, open Link in the rhythm editor and choose the deadline Switch yourself.

Finish any details that the draft cannot determine safely, such as the photo or artwork and the card’s detailed appearance, directly in the rhythm editor.

04

Understand availability and limits

Pulse AI drafts are available with a Trial or OneCentrate+. They require an internet connection and an available AI server. If OneCentrate cannot connect, do not assume it can automatically produce the same result offline.

AI can help draft rhythms and exceptions, but it does not immediately start a Switch or save, archive, or delete a rhythm on its own. You always review the final details and decide whether to apply them.
