01
Choose recurring days and times

Open Days / Time in the rhythm editor, then choose the recurring days and start and end times for each time rule. Each rule must include at least one day.
For example, if you want to repeat the same activity in the morning on weekdays and in the afternoon on weekends, create two separate time rules.
02
Add time rules
Add a time rule whenever the days or times change. If you select multiple days in one rule, the same start and end times apply on all of those days.
You can create separate rules for multiple time ranges on the same day, but each rule must start before it ends, and the ranges cannot overlap.
Alert times and notification devices are not set separately for each time rule. They apply to every time rule in the rhythm.
03
Check for schedule conflicts

You cannot save two active Pulse rhythms that overlap. Saving also stops if a new rule overlaps another rule in the same rhythm.
If a conflict message appears, adjust the overlapping day, start time, or end time, then save again. You can also make a rhythm inactive if you do not plan to use it for a while.
04
Rest separately on public holidays
To prevent this rhythm from repeating on public holidays, turn on Pause This Rhythm on Holidays in Days / Time. This option applies after you set an activity region and prepare automatic holiday rest in Pulse Settings.
For details about the shared holiday settings and region selection, see “Rest automatically on public holidays.”
