01
Archive a rhythm

If you are not using a rhythm now but want to keep its settings, secondary-click the rhythm card on Mac or touch and hold it on iPhone or iPad, then choose Archive. You can also use Archive Rhythm in the rhythm settings.
An archived rhythm keeps its name, background, time rules, alerts, and rhythm-specific exceptions. It is removed from the active Pulse list, widgets, alert scheduling, Apple Watch, and Live Activities.
02
Restore a rhythm from the archive

Open Pulse Settings > Archive, then choose Restore for the rhythm you want to use again. OneCentrate removes the archived state and makes the rhythm active.
The saved days, times, and alert settings are used again. The rhythm may not appear in widgets and the Watch app until the latest state is exported and the system refreshes.
Restoring also requires an available Pulse rhythm slot in your current plan. If the rhythm cannot be restored, check the number of active rhythms and the limit for your plan.
03
Delete one rhythm
Choose Delete Rhythm in the settings for the rhythm, then confirm. This removes the rhythm, its schedule, exceptions, and alert reservations, but keeps past Analysis records.
A deleted rhythm does not move to the archive and cannot be restored in Pulse. Deleting it does not also delete the original photo or file from your photo library or Files app.
04
Delete all Pulse rhythms
Choose Delete All Pulse Rhythms in the management actions in Pulse Settings to delete all active and archived rhythms and alert reservations. Past Analysis records, active hours, shared exceptions, public holidays, and Weekly Wallpapers remain. Deleted rhythms cannot be restored.
This does not reset all Pulse settings. Default Active Hours, existing shared exceptions, public holiday settings, and Weekly Wallpapers remain in place.
You cannot archive, restore, or delete rhythms from Apple Watch, widgets, or Live Activities. After the latest information is available, archived or deleted rhythms no longer appear on those surfaces.
