OneCentrate/Devices/Mac

APPLE DEVICES USER GUIDE / MAC

Use OneCentrate
on Mac

On Mac, create and manage cards in the full, wide interface, and open the work environment you need when a Switch starts.

OneCentrate can continue running in the menu bar after you close its window. To quit it completely, use the menu bar or app menu.

02

Create and review on a wide screen

On Mac, the full Switch, ki.log, and Pulse editors make it easy to review Basic Settings, Theme, alerts, and devices in order. In Analysis, change periods and categories while comparing several panels.

You can also open OneCentrate AI from the Switch, ki.log, and Pulse flows to create and refine drafts in conversation. Review AI-generated content yourself before applying it.

03

Open your work environment with Switch

Choose the apps and websites each Switch opens to match your work flow.

A Switch on Mac can open registered apps and websites when it starts. If you add a browser, also enter the URLs to open. You can keep the display awake while the Switch runs.

Switch music can use OneCentrate curated music, Apple Music, or a local folder. Card and HOME backgrounds can use a file or photo from the Mac. Review file access and music permissions on the Mac that will run the Switch.

See Open apps and websites and Use music and sounds for detailed steps.

05

Review Mac permissions and sync

To receive ki.log and Pulse alerts, allow notifications in both macOS System Settings and OneCentrate settings. If you use Apple Music, photos, or files, also review access permission and download status.

Even when cards continue across devices on the same iCloud account, installed apps, file paths, and notification permissions differ on each Mac. On a new Mac, refresh MY APPLE DEVICES and run an important Switch manually once.
