01
Check the three notification levels

- In Apple system settings, allow notifications from OneCentrate on the current device.
- In OneCentrate, open Settings > NOTIFICATIONS / SOUNDS and turn on ki.log or Pulse notifications.
- On the affected card, check the notification times and receiving devices.
- For ki.log, make sure notifications are not paused on this device or all devices.
- Also check Focus, Scheduled Summary, Silent Mode, and volume on the current device.
If the receiving device does not appear in the card’s list, open OneCentrate on that device, refresh MY APPLE DEVICES, then save the card again.
For the complete structure, see Understand the three levels of notification permission.
02
Check the ki.log due date and notification times
- Make sure today is included in the card’s daily, weekday, every-N-days, or day-of-month schedule.
- Make sure the advance, reminder, and additional notification times are in the order you need.
- Make sure the card is active and available under the current access plan.
- Scheduled notifications may continue after you complete today’s goal. Adjust the card’s notification times if needed.
For the location of these settings, see Set ki.log notifications and notification devices.
03
Check Pulse exceptions and one-occurrence mute
- Make sure the rhythm is active and not archived.
- Make sure today’s day of the week and the start and end times are included in the rhythm rules.
- Make sure the bell is not off for today’s occurrence and that Rest This Week, vacation, or half-day exceptions do not apply.
- If Rest on Holidays is on, check the current region and whether today is treated as a holiday.
Exceptions let you change a particular date or occurrence without turning off all notifications for the rhythm. See Pause a rhythm and add exceptions for the differences.
04
Open the app to refresh schedules
Scheduled notifications on iPhone and iPad are managed by the operating system, and OneCentrate prepares notifications for an upcoming period. If you change a card’s time, devices, or exceptions, save the card again and open OneCentrate on the device that will receive the notification. Allow time for the latest schedule to be applied.
On a device that has not opened OneCentrate for a long time, or on a new device, open the app once and check notification permission and My Apple Devices. Then test with a nearby time. Note the original time first and restore it after the test. Do not use these notifications as emergency alarms that are guaranteed to arrive at an exact time.
05
Contact support with the test results
If a test notification at a nearby time still does not arrive, record the feature, card rules, scheduled time, selected devices, and system permission screen without personal information. For Pulse, also include exceptions, holiday status, and one-occurrence mute status.
Before repeatedly creating notifications or deleting the card, organize the items in Contact support so the cause can be checked more accurately.
