KI.LOG USER GUIDE / MANAGEMENT

Archive and
delete lists

In ki.log, moving a list into a restorable archive is different from deleting the list itself.

Deleting keeps past check and Analysis records, but you cannot restore the deleted list. Review the difference between archiving and deleting before you organize your lists.

01

Archive a list

The ki.log management screen on Mac, showing an archived card with its photo and the option to restore it
Archive a card without removing its records, then restore it when you need it again.

Choosing Archive from a list card’s menu hides the list from current lists, notifications, widgets, and Watch. Past check and Analysis records remain.

You can find and restore the archived list under ki.log Management > Archive.

  1. Open ki.log Management.
  2. Select Archive.
  3. Select Restore for the list you want to use again.

02

Delete a list

Deleting removes the list and its notification reservations, so it no longer appears in current lists, widgets, or Watch. Past check and Analysis records remain, but you cannot restore the deleted list from Archive.

This action does not currently delete past records. If you might use the list again, archive it instead of deleting it.

03

Delete all lists

Confirming Delete All ki.log Cards in management removes every active and archived list on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Today’s records, past check records, and Analysis records remain, but you cannot restore the deleted lists.

04

Create the samples again

When there are no active or archived lists, you can recreate the default samples from the management screen. Before adding samples, confirm that both the current list and Archive are empty.
