01
Check the account and per-device permission

- Make sure the Macs, iPhones, and iPads you are comparing are signed in to the same iCloud account.
- On each device in OneCentrate, open Settings > iCloud and MY APPLE DEVICES.
- Make sure sync is on for the current device and that iCloud is available.
- Keep both devices connected to a network with OneCentrate open, then allow time for status to update.
The App Store account used for purchases and the iCloud account used for data serve different purposes. For access issues, see If your subscription or access does not appear.
02
Read sync status and retry
- Disabled: iCloud sync is not available in the installed app build.
- Off on This Device: The device remains in your device list, but data sync is paused on this device.
- Ready: OneCentrate is ready to check your iCloud account and changes.
- Syncing: OneCentrate is checking changes. Keep the app open and wait.
- Synced: One synchronization pass for data currently available on this device has finished.
- Retry Scheduled: Check your network and iCloud status, then wait for an automatic retry or select the status row to try again.
Synced means the current process on this device has finished. It does not guarantee that data on every other device is already identical. Open OneCentrate on each device you want to compare, then check its status and actual data separately.
If a failure status continues, check your iCloud sign-in in Apple system settings and your network, then retry in OneCentrate. For detailed status descriptions, see Check iCloud status and retry.
03
Understand the limits of sync
Supported Switch modes, ki.log lists, Pulse rhythms and records, categories, and some settings can continue between devices. OneCentrate+ access is reflected through App Store transaction verification, not iCloud data.
A running Switch is not one shared session controlled in real time by every device. Even when the card is synced, check the current run device and handoff status separately.
Apple Watch is not an independent app that directly syncs all iCloud data. It receives most current state through its paired iPhone.
04
Know which steps to avoid at first
- Do not delete or archive the card on the device where the original data appears.
- Do not delete the app or reset data on the device.
- Do not quickly create the same card again and introduce a duplicate.
- Do not treat turning off sync as data deletion or restoration to a specific point in time.
OneCentrate does not currently include a user backup feature that exports all app data to a file and imports it again. If the original appears on only one device, keep that state unchanged while you contact support.
05
Record the sync comparison
When you contact support, do not send the account address itself. Include each device type, operating system, app version, iCloud status text, the last time a change synced correctly, and which direction of change is missing.
If card titles or device names contain personal information, hide them in the screen you send. See Contact support for safe attachment guidance.
