TROUBLESHOOTING / CARDS AND RECORDS

If cards or records
do not appear

A card missing from a list and a record missing from Analysis require checks in different places.

Before creating the card again or deleting the app, check active and archived states, the selected period, and sync status to reduce the risk of duplicates or data loss.

01

Identify what is missing first

SAMPLE PREVIEW displayed in English-language Mac Analysis
If SAMPLE PREVIEW appears, first determine whether the values on screen are examples.
Archived cards in the English-language Mac ki.log management screen
If a card is not in the main list, also check the archive in the feature’s management screen.
  • Cards: Change the category filter to ALL, then look in the active list and archive for Switch, ki.log, or Pulse.
  • Today’s status: Check the ki.log repeat schedule and today’s Pulse day and exceptions.
  • Pulse: For an inactive rhythm or one without a schedule, also check REST.
  • Run and check records: Check the selected period and feature panels in Analysis.
  • Changes from another device: Check that both devices use the same iCloud account and review sync status on each one.

02

Check active cards and the archive

An archived card may not appear in the main active list, but you can restore it from the archive. If cards beyond the Free limit are locked after Trial or OneCentrate+ ends, your existing cards and records are not immediately deleted.

Before creating a card again, check its active, locked, and archived state in the management screen. If you chose permanent deletion, unlike archiving, some data related to that card may not be recoverable.

03

Check the Analysis period and actual records

  • Make sure an actual session or record exists within the period selected at the top.
  • For Switch, make sure the session was saved as run history after timer completion or a manual end.
  • For ki.log, make sure the list is active and that date was included in its repeat schedule.
  • For Pulse, check active, unarchived rhythms, time rules, and exceptions for that date.

30-day history shows only the most recent 30 days. Pulse history is for reviewing rest and exception records, not every time a rhythm ran.

Numbers with the same appearance can mean different things in each Analysis feature. For detailed boundaries, see Understand sample preview and your data.

04

Check whether SAMPLE PREVIEW is on

If SAMPLE PREVIEW appears at the top of Analysis, the values may be examples for exploring the feature. Do not interpret sample values as your personal records or as records restored from iCloud.

After you start using actual data, Switch run history, ki.log records, and active Pulse configurations need to accumulate before values appear in the relevant panels.

05

Check sync before creating the card again

  1. Leave the card unchanged on the device where you last saw it. Do not delete it.
  2. On both devices, check that you use the same iCloud account and that per-device sync is allowed in OneCentrate.
  3. Connect to a network, open OneCentrate, and allow time for iCloud status to update.
  4. If the card still does not appear, contact support before creating a new card, deleting the app, or resetting data.

Restore Purchases checks your access again; it does not restore cards or records. For sync steps, see If iCloud sync does not match across devices.
