01
Check the latest state in OneCentrate first

- Widget or Control Center: Open OneCentrate on the iPhone or iPad where the surface appears and make sure the card and progress are current.
- Live Activity: On the supported iPhone or iPad where it should appear, open OneCentrate and confirm in system settings that Live Activities are allowed.
- Apple Watch: Open OneCentrate on the paired iPhone, check sync and connectivity, then review the state on Apple Watch again.
- For every surface, make sure the target card is active, not archived, and available under the current access plan. If you changed it on another device, allow time for iCloud sync to finish on the device you are checking.
02
Check Apple Watch connection and supported features

- Make sure Apple Watch is paired with iPhone and that they can communicate.
- Open OneCentrate once on iPhone and allow time for current cards and pending actions to be reflected.
- If an action sent from Apple Watch is pending, reconnect it to iPhone and check the final result.
- Apple Watch does not support creating or fully editing cards, Analysis, AI, or subscription purchases.
For installation steps and supported features, see Use OneCentrate on Apple Watch.
03
Check widget and Control Center updates
Widgets change based on the last state saved by the app and the system’s widget refresh schedule. The operating system determines when the update appears. Open OneCentrate to save the latest state, then allow time for the widget to update.
- For a Switch widget, make sure a card that can run on the current device is assigned to a quick-start slot in the management screen.
- For ki.log and Pulse, make sure an active card and current rule exist for today.
- If the widget type or size is not correct, edit the widget and select OneCentrate and the feature you want again.
- A Control Center control opens a feature screen. It does not complete a record or session directly in Control Center.
If the widget continues to show an earlier state, you can remove it once and add it again, but do not delete the app’s data.
04
Check Live Activity display requirements
- In iPhone system settings, make sure Live Activities are allowed for OneCentrate.
- For Switch, include iPhone in the run devices and turn on the card’s Live Activity option.
- For Pulse, make sure the rhythm is active and not archived, and that the current device is included in notification devices.
- For a scheduled Pulse, check Live Activity permission, network, and push registration, then open OneCentrate once to refresh the schedule.
Dynamic Island presents the same Live Activity at different sizes on supported iPhone models. Live Activity is not available for ki.log. The system ultimately manages when an activity appears, updates, and is removed, so wait briefly and compare it with the latest state in the app.
05
Record the device combination and screen state
If the issue continues, include the iPhone and Apple Watch models, operating system and app versions, affected surface and card type, and whether the app itself shows the latest state. For Live Activity, distinguish a manual start from a Pulse-scheduled start.
The Lock Screen and Apple Watch may show personal schedules. Hide them in any capture you send by following Contact support.
